I walk over to Nora 's cozy chair, and sit down. The bottom of the chair has a slight bump, stand back up, and put my hand on the cushion. I feels hard, as if there 's something hiding underneath it. I take a chance and lift up the chair cushion, to see if there is indeed anything hiding under there. In the middle of the frame of the chair. I find something I wasn 't expecting, Nora 's Journal. I gently pick it up and look at it.

The cover of the Journal is a darker shade of blue, and on the cover are the words 'The spirit of the wolf ' Nora always had thing for wolves, and now I knew why. I turn the Journal around, and look at what 's on the back. On the back our a large assessment of numbers. Not just numbers but dates. strangely, the dates are not just in one color, but three. I set the book down gently on the right arm of the couch, and walk over to the end table. I was taken aback by what I fide once I open up the small drawer. Three small markers, one yellow, one dark orange, and one black. I take them out, and look at them closely. Each one has a thick piece of tape, with words on it. 'Good day ' for the yellow one. 'Busy day ' for the dark orange one, and. 'Bad day ' for the black one. Maybe the dates are the entries that were most important ones to Nora.

Now with my curiosity peaked. I pick the journal back up but this time, instead of sitting back down I stand up. I am about to open the journal, when I hear Zack walk down the stairs. "Mildred Frederick will be here in a few minutes, he want 's us to great him outside" Zach yells partly down the stairs.

"Okay thanks, I 'll be right out" I say, through the thundering sounds of Zach 's feet, as they run ack up the stairs. I place the Journal back underneath the chair cushion, and run back up stairs. I run out the front door, and fine Zach waiting for me
