Let me tell you something you already know life isn 't always about sunshine and rainbows, sometimes it can be really hard and not always the greatest. It isn’t always easy when challenging yourself to accomplish new goals. One goal I am working on is becoming a barrel racer. I am seeing a lot of failure and I don 't give up on my dreams because it is my goal to keep on going till I achieve my goals that I set for myself. Why one is because of fear and failure and what if it doesn 't work out for myself and the fear of not getting to be successful at my dream.
In March of 1993, there was a NASCAR race in Atlanta in which my dad and four of his friends decided to take a road trip to. The weather predicted for the race was supposed to be cold and rainy. My dad was the kind of person to prepare for anything, so he took gear for rain and cold weather. My dad, pulling a pop up camper behind his Chevy Silverado, met his four friends in Chattanooga. They finally got to Atlanta, where they set up in the middle green of the raceway.
Premier Sportsman, Inc., is compiled of generations of hunters. Growing up, I was given many opportunities to see what hunting, fishing and nature was all about. Later, as a husband, father and grandfather I discovered what it meant to have that perfect story. That perfect hunt, a guided trip, up in the hills with my buddies, in a drift boat on the Kenai or Columbia River... Creating and capturing memories are what is important to us at a Premier a Sportsman, Inc.
Today being the last full day of the event brought us a good crowd and we managed to gain strong support. We had positive responses from folks around the nation on issues we are trying to fix from other states that have seen the effects of shutting down mines and power plants. Everyone is looking forward to being part of the upcoming call to action. The amount of people was consistent throughout most of the day.
My breath caught, I close my eyes tight. I just counted to five. I just counted five. My eye burned; I pulled with all my might, I was going too fast. I tugged again putting my entire weight into it finally I slowed down.

The summer of 2017 is the best summer that I have ever had. Since the last two summers were not the greatest, due to the events that happened, this summer was easy to enjoy. Over summer, I spent most of my time in a boat, either fishing or bowfishing. The sport of bowfishing is shooting trash fish, nasty, slimy carp and alligator gar, with a bow. The arrow of the bow is attached to a string that can be reeled back into a spool.
Rowing Through Fear I walked slowly towards the water as if trying to deny an inevitable death. Before I know it, I am shaking as I get on my gear, hardly able to hear what anyone was saying over the crashing of rapids. All of this equipment on me makes the impression as if we were going to space. I get my single person boat and start paddling into the river. The smell of plants and the overgrowth of algae are pleasing as I calmly ride the current.
I began playing water polo my freshman year at Archbishop Mitty, and I never thought it would make such a remarkable impact on my life. I was thinking in the beginning, maybe I’ll just do one year, or most two, but that has dramatically changed over the past three years. I can genuinely say that I have fallen in love with the sport. I don’t want to play just throughout my high school years, I want more, I want to play in college, I want to try out for the Olympic team, and after that I want to coach others and see their passion for the sport as well. Water Polo has done a lot for me in my life, it has introduced me to my two best friends, given me an outlet, and most importantly taught me how to be a leader, My best friends play important
I wake up and I 'm on the track around thousands of people screaming. I 'm in a panic , heart beating , full of sweat and nervousness. Familiar faces like my mom and teammates allows me to calm down. Track is my safe haven but I will always feel under pressure. I 'm accomplished when I am on the track.
All things in life can be enjoyable but also unexpected. Everyone has their own natural high. My natural high is riding my dirt bike. Even though riding my dirt bike is fun, it can also be very dangerous. It is very important to always wear safety gear while operating an off-road vehicle.
Car in the Water Dream The reader who sent this dream to Bellesprit Magazine is a recovering alcoholic, and is a great representation of where they were in their recovery and life. This dream also shows the person walking through their fear, speaking up, and ready to embrace their future. Dream I dreamed that I was driving my car and turned my head to look at the upcoming left turn. I used to take that turn to go to AA meetings.
My passion for speed is like noting in this world the real felling of freedom in my sole As I strap down and time slows down all I could think of is how fast could I go, to me it started at an early age when my dad broth home a small motorcycle I could barely fit on it of how small it was, at that time it was the fastest ting I have ever been on, the filling I got as I rode around the block I felt invisible like no one could touch me as if I owned the world and earth’s rotation could not keep up with me. Every year my dad will surprise me with a bigger and faster toy he knew my excitement and joy I felt every time I went fast, my happens always broth a smile to his face, not always was it an enjoyment.
Throughout the past six years I’ve been horse riding, I would often fall off, but the one pony that discouraged me the most was Jordan. He is a small, dark brown pony with white markings, a scruffy black mane and tail, and tons of personality. He barely listens when you ask him to go over a certain jump and will randomly run off. That day, he bolted off while I was getting on and I was not able to get my feet in the stirrups to stop him. I tried to stay on, as he galloped and kicked the sand and dirt around the arena, while everyone tried to help me stop him by going near him and using the other horses to corner him.
