Thirty seconds of the last half left it said in big orange numbers on the scoreboard with the score being 2-2. It was so intense that I could feel sweat pouring down my face. Kyle our teams striker in a forest green and white jersey came from the right and took the ball right out of the kids feet who had control of the ball about 15 feet away from the half line. In a split second he spiked it! Clunk! The soccer ball hit the top left corner of the goal. The ball was flying so fast that the goalie in the white and neon pink jersey couldn’t save it. We celebrated our eighth win as the scoreboard was blaring loudly with it 's annoying noise in the background. Our coach made us practice moves a thousand time until they were perfect:covering,v-runs,late crosses ,and many more..“There’s no time for rest!” our coach would yell at us when we wanted a brake. Even though it was super tiring and every inch of your body would hurt when you got home it all made us ready for the game.

My eyes sprang open like a mouse trap as the obnoxious noise of my alarm clock went off at five a.m. Usually I would just sit there in my pitch black room wanting to go back to sleep,but today I was ready for the game in twelve hours. I was thinking about it all throughout school,and talking to it about with my friend Kyle. He had zero confidence in us which made me kinda disappointed after all that training we did.

Later when I arrived at the destination I went straight to the locker room in the back of the school. I pushed open the door to see that most of my team was already in there. After I hand shook and said hey to everyone. I put on my neon orange cleats that had the navy blue Nike symbol since I already had my jet black jersey and shorts on with neon green number ten. After everyone arrived coach repeated some cheesy quote from some guy that’s been dead for over two hundred years;he also started saying some motivational dialogue like “Nothing is impossible” he said. “Now go out there and beat these chumps!” he
