Yellow Stone is an amazing national park. It is located in wyoming, USA and is very exciting. I went to Yellow Stone last year and it was awesome. We went to the hot springs, gysers, and we even got to see a bear and buffalo. Although we didn't stay there for long we still saw a ton of natral beauty.
fun playing beach volleyball and surfing on our boogie boards. Sadly, there was a storm coming, but the good part was that we were getting homemade spaghetti for dinner. The following day we we are heading our way to see NASA. On the way there we saw a huge cruise ship, it was pretty cool. When we got to NASA, they recently changed things and now on no visitors are allowed inside the museum only people who are in the military now can go.
It was a late, around nine o’clock, on Saturday April 20, 2013 when a few of us from Bear River High School decided to go to Senor Frogs to celebrate Olivia’s birthday. Olivia and I use to be best friends back in elementary school that is until we transferred to high school and she destroyed my reputation over jealousy. I didn’t care much for celebrating her birthday, however, I had been in love with her boyfriend Tyler ever since I laid eyes on him freshman year. Nonetheless, Olivia made sure he never knew who I was.
How did you become the person who you are today? Each one of us takes personal pathways in life. Many outside forces become positive or negative forces which through cause and effect, change who we are for better or worse. Do you believe that you can achieve all that you set out to achieve? Joseph Campbell lays out his concept of the legend's excursion that each hero encounters on his own particular path.
I thought that it was smart how we had to find our reading pace for each book. It is different from Elementary School and Middle School. I liked how you had us write reflections of the books, instead of just writing the page numbers. This helps me comprehend the book better because I have to go back and re-read parts of the book that I didn't get in order to finish the writing. I read many books this year, but my favorite was Ender's Game.
Directly after robotics club and procrastination, my favorite pastime is reading. Starting in elementary school I would pick up a book that intrigued me and read it through without ever setting it down. My reading habits got worse(or better depending on how you look at it) once my parents bought me a Kindle and gave me the means to purchase a book whenever I wanted to. Ultimately, my kindle led to some problems at school because I stopped paying attention in class in order to read.
The Glass Castle and jennet walls and I kinda have something in common, she had a pretty dysfunctional family with christmases and moving a lot. Jennet had many obstacles she had to go through with moving all the time she had to make new friends she was bullied her parents didn't have a whole lot of money so they had to skimp with things like christmas. She had siblings that she had to look out for since her parents were kinda neglective. This didn't stop her from being successful in her life though she is now happily married and she know has a different look out on life then most of use from growing up on the streets she doesn't take anything for granted.
My personal Artifact is a baseball my son and I caught at the Giants game. It is white, round, has red stitches, and is smooth when new, but when we caught it it was beat up and the blue writing on it was smeared. A baseball is small and light in size. It can be thrown at speeds up to 100 MPH, or hit at at speeds higher than 100MPH, so when playing the game or watching you should be paying attention at all times. A baseball is made of a rubber or cork center, wrapped in yarn very tight, covered by white leather with red stitching around the out side, making it a very hard ball.
Hero’s Journey Narative Dreams, dreams, dreams a concept that people still cannot understand yet encounter every time they close their eyes with their warm grasp of their cotton blanket and count Mary’s little lambs. Soon, they drift off to deep slumber like how a bear sleeps during hibernation and dream of various things. Some may dream of sweets and happiness, some may dream of gold and wealth, and some others have ‘special dreams’ and our hero is one of them. Our soon to be hero sleeps in her small yet comfortable bed with her dog by her side snoring softly. The hero dreams of a nightmare filled with clouds of smog and flames consuming a town whole and as the flames burned and burned, cries and prayers of the villagers could be heard from
Right now, I’m laying in bed right now watching my crazy beautiful wife sleep because I can’t sleep myself. I just can’t get out all the things I have done in the last few days, and all the things that have gone wrong in those days also. I sit here and think what if I had never talked to the witches and listened to their future for me, but then I also think that I’m so glad all this happened like this. I’m still freaking don’t get me wrong I see ghost; I talk to myself and people at me and wonder what is going on but I can’t tell them anything because it will cost me my life. Now that Banquo is dead I only have one more person to worry about and him telling all the deeds I have committed.
- 559 I knew Rebecca would cause a bit of mischief, but I never would have guess she would inform the media that my daughter and Trever were engaged or soon to be. She knew Aeryn was arriving with her boyfriend and would dare embarrass my daughter with the whole world watching. I did know some of things foolish she had planned, but I must admit I did not see the sneak attack at the car or leaving word at the door coming. I may have no other choice except to take things into my own hands, and not even Aeryn will be able to hold back a smile from blooming on her face when I do. For now, I needed to get things moving forward on my end.
"And lastly, with finals rapidly approaching, this year tutoring and study sessions will be available in the library during lunch periods and after school, for students who'd like to attend. Thank you, and have a good day." Clemmons signed off the morning announcements, and Veronica rolled her eyes at Wallace, next to her in the hall. "Like we need the reminder that finals week is coming." Veronica dragged her feet to her locker.
Wiping a strand of my dark hair away from my face, I noticed that my black cover up was gone. Looking around, I was only met with dead or injured bodies littering the floor. After a while, I gave up searching when I saw that someone was pointing an arrow to my older brother. My brother, still not noticing the man, was battling against someone on his horse. Narrowing my eyes, I drew my arrow back focusing on the man who was regaining his balance after tripping over somebody.
The next couple of days went really fast. The gang came more often to our house, and my grades were coming up. One day, I was called to stay after class by my english teacher. I stood at his desk after the bell rang.
I am currently going on my journey of pilgrimage right now in the form of getting my Graphic Design degree, then going out and getting a job. I am struggling to pass certain classes, as a student does, but there is on class in particular that I am having difficulties with. I have had to retake that class multiple times because it is a very challenging class for me. However, even once I have passed that class and graduated college, my pilgrimage is not over. I know the general field of which I wish to work in
