It is widely believed that knowing yourself, both your weakness and strength, is of significant importance to your life in every espects and can be a life long journey to discover. I have to admit that I feel lucky to be given this opportunity to take the strengthsquest and enlightened to be aware of my talents with the report. Analytical, Achiever, Ideation, Relator and competition are my dominant themes. In this thesis, I will be discussing about how I can utilize these five dominant themes respectively to overcome barriers and discouragements to believe in myself as well as how I can find my direction and establish my future goals and perform every step along the way in excellent level. To find the right path to success and reach our destination, we need to overcome various difficulties with strong confidence. There is never a discouragement can defeat a strong mind. If there is, that is ourselves, who limit our own ability by not believing in what we can achieve. When I had the faternity leave for a month, I did nothing but relaxing which I regreted a lot after. I feel empty and lost those days. As is says “It is the power supply that casues you to set the pace and define the levels of productivity for your work group” in our textbook. ( page 27) I compare myself to my friends around me often in a positive way to find out in which ways I should improve myself. I enjoy talking about business, jobs and other ways too make our lives better with my friends. Driving Lfyt is actually a suggestion from a close friend.I am glad that I have these close ones around me both compete and support. Competition and relator can exsit at the same time in friendship where you can create a better version of yourself.
