Scoring a fifteen in the life balance section of the profile solidified the idea that I am doing well at managing my time. As a person who loves a decent challenge, I always strive to push myself to take on more obligations even when it may seem my plate is already full. I thrive in an environment where I am being hard-pressed to achieve greatness. Having this pressure sometimes makes it difficult to separate my work life and home life, but that is something I have been working on as a personal goal. For the most part, I believe I set a suitable example for my employees to follow. Making sure to discuss my interests and hobbies at work proves to others that work is not the only important thing in my life. Although I share some things about my personal life with co-workers and employees, I have established boundaries to make sure that the environment stays professional. Almost always, two minds are better than one. Synergizing was the highest scoring section on my seven habits profile at a sixteen. Creating synergy links to achieving win-win scenarios. Valuing people’s differences and utilizing their each individual strength to achieve greater things makes me a suitable leader.
