Too many people money is one of the most important aspects of their life. It is a measurement often used for anything and everything a person wants to achieve. Growing up, a lack of money impacted the things I wanted to do and goals I wished to achieve, so learning about how money moved around, how to make it and how to spend it effectively was something that spiked my interest and turned my focus to the subject of business. The wide ranging and numerous opportunities available to be successful combined with the notion of running a business has excited me over the years. My choices other than business at A level, have helped to consolidate and support my desire to study business at degree level. Geography has helped give me a wider knowledge of the world and what different cultures are attracted to, helping me to develop an understanding of relationships between people, places and the environment. Studying PE has also led to me considering undertaking a sport management degree at university. My interests in sport stem from an early age as I have always been an active person participating in football, tennis and basketball at school and at club level which have also strengthened my abilities to lead and communicate within a team. The subject of physical education has allowed me to explore the impact of sport on an individual, team, organisation and wider community from grass roots through to the elite level. These subjects therefore have helped give me the confidence to work independently and as part of a team, which I believe are important qualities required for both university and my future
