Sport has always been a great part of my life ever since I started to play football at the age of six. I have played at different levels which include playing for Wolverhampton Wanderers, my local district and my county. I have also enjoyed sports such as judo, basketball, athletics and many more. The things I enjoy about playing sports are that you need a lot of dedication and hard work to be successful it is also very changeling with many rewards. As a result of my interest in sport I want to study the subject further at University. I am also very interested and driven to teach the subject and I am willing to succeed in studying sport further. I have also had the opportunity to gain experience coaching with Kidderminster Harriers in the community which was part of my Community Sports Leaders Award completing 10 hours of voluntary coaching. This required me to work in a sport related environment at local schools and football courses. During my week, I tackled day to day tasks and also helped organise sporting events and programmes. I fully enjoyed working that week as I was able to get an insight into what is expected and how to handle pressure, as I had to make sure things got done on time and I gained different coaching techniques. Last year I played in the Conference Youth Alliance league and this year I have played in the FA youth cup and have played in the English College Football association league. I feel that if the team I am in has success it will give me individual success and rewards. While studying at your University I plan to participate in sport clubs such as football. I have found that me playing at this level has made me an enthusiastic, hardworking and well balanced individual and I feel this would be a good traits to bring to your
