Attending college will allow me to gain the knowledge and skills to create innovation in the engineering industry. While my time as a Robotic Quality Assurance Intern at Ready Robotics has given me a kick start in building a foundation for my studies, I know I will be challenged at UMBC with rigorous engineering and programing courses. Therefore at UMBC, I want to continue to grow my proficiency of python coding and of other coding languages as well as expand my knowledge on computer networking in order to build more reliable security parameters behind our daily technologies as well as many industrial technologies. As a Robotic Quality Assurance Intern, my primary responsibilities include testing of the Robotic software and hardware that our company manufactures. Going through school, I would like to earn experience like I have at Ready Robotics of team effort but also individualized effort that contributes to the whole group so that I can have the readiness to enter the work field with a healthy productive mindset. I look forward to team building, not only through academics but also through extracurricular clubs and interest groups such as Undergraduate Research, Retriever Robotics, Photography, and Recreational Fitness.
