Importance of good grades is always in my brain. Better grades and higher test scores defines my intelligent and my will to have a brighter future. Getting good grades give me opportunities in programs and academic achievement. I strive to do well in the classroom to gain more knowledge in the subject. Having a higher grade point average can lead me to a better social life. It will help me gain respect my teachers and peers. Successful people had high academic achievements in high school. Being with friends who do not focus in school can lead me to tough time in class. I am willing to give it my best academically. The better I do in class, the more confident I will become. With having the effort to achieve better grades, I will become more motivated to keep up with my grades and test scores. Having excellent grades and high test scores can lead me to academic awards. Advanced Placement courses give me an idea of the responsibilities and knowledge to perform in highly selective colleges and universities. In the other hand, these courses can increase stress level and depression rates (like U.S. Government U.S. History). Achieving a score of three or higher will credit me with college credits. When my mother was in high school at Cuba, they were not granted college courses. However, education in Cuba is granted for free. College graduates notify me to take an abundant amount of Advanced Placement courses to save money for my parents. Reading college textbooks and exams helped me gain an experience of how college will be.
