I will support their goals and aspirations by providing guidance and resources, and by advocating for them when appropriate. By investing in their growth, I hope to create a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who will be equipped to tackle any challenge that comes our way. Additionally, I understand that effective leadership requires a balance between task-oriented and people-oriented behavior.
