Where/with whom/etc? I initially rented an apartment with a colleague as a strategy to save money as I built my career. At the time I did not have much in terms of assets, but the determination that I would one day own a home of my dream kept me going. What motivated you to purchase your first house? Renting hasn’t always been my things, when things began looking up career wise, I moved out and bought my first house in a middle class neighborhood in Ontario. You also need to check your credit score as this will prove crucial if you decide to apply for a mortgage.
