The Personality Traits
The researchers determined the personality traits of fraternity members categorized whether extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience. The gathered data from International Item Pool Personality Test where shown below.

The result as shown in table 3, reveals there are 19 fraternity members low in extraversion which means that they are introverted. Fraternity members tend not to reach out to others and they are distant and reserved. They avoid large crowds but it does …show more content…

Fraternity members tend to value getting along with others, generous, helpful, and willing to compromise their interests with others.
Another finding reveals in table 2 that there were 18 (60%) fraternity members scored low in conscientiousness. Some fraternity members do not feel effective and think that they are not in control of their lives. On the contrary, result reveals that there were 9 (30%) fraternity members who scored high. Fraternity members tend to believe that they have the intelligence, and self- control necessary to succeed. They are known to be well- organized and they like doing in routines and schedules. They also keep lists and make plans.
The results as shown in table 2, there were 16 (57%) fraternity members have low levels in emotional stability. Fraternity members with low levels of emotional stability tend to remain calm in response to stressful sitations. They tend to view problems in parallel with their importance.
