Everyone's new year's resolution is to get in shape or start a new diet just for looks. But they don't know how or where to start. Then, they go on a 3 week of brutal exercise routine just to fail and rebound back to where they were. This means that Americans don't understand the proper diet etiquette to succeed in the long run. Because weightlifting does not only affect the body but also your mental state. Should weightlifting be a required class for high school? Not only does weight lifting change your body but it also changes your mindset While working out you should be training till failure, while going to failure your mind will tell you to stop because it hurts but you should listen to your body and not your mind. “Exercising is an effective way to break this cycle. This will hurt the muscle fibers and allows slower muscle recovery If people knew how to heal a sore lower back or a sore pectoral muscles then this would allow people to understand their body more. Society has confused recovery as sitting down and not moving for long periods of time and just hopes it goes away. This is wrong, moving your muscles and stretching is the best way to recover.
