People all around the world consider abortion as an act of brutality against an unborn child. It is the process of killing an embryo immediately before it is fully developed. Abortion is a controversial issue now because there are people that support different sides of it. There are several types of people, those who are against it and those who support it. Many voices have been raised which are adamantly against abortion stating that it is very unpleasant and unneeded. On the other hand, others think that abortion isn’t really brutal because the embryo is not fully developed and that it should be acceptable in certain circumstances. The constitution has laws which have given women the right to make the decision on whether to keep an unborn child or abort it. However, with time many legislatures felt that they had to implement stronger laws for women who wanted abortions. These women were required to go through several stages before coming to their decision. Many of these law makers thought that abortions deny the fetus a chance to develop and become a human being. They felt that terminating a pregnancy infringes on basic human rights. Furthermore, many women were using abortion as a form of contraception, not even realizing that the consequence is a real human being. Abortion has become a million-dollar business where doctors, whether qualified to or not, perform it with no regard to human life. In addition, if the pregnancy is further along, the fetus feels pain when the process is taking place.

This source intones that abortion is murder and illegal. Murder meaning that a human life is deliberately being killed by another human being which is exactly what abortion is. Therefore, if the murder of a human being is considered lawful, then abortion is also legal. In the constitution, the 14th amendment states that every person has a right to live life. This law intended not only to protect human life but to protect humanity in each and every one of us. A mother dictated the way her child must act so how can she dictate his/her murder?
