Boom bang Girl power when it comes to sports doesn't matter if they are boys or girls if they can compete then they should be able to play together or against each other.
Sports are typically sex-segregated, in childhood and adulthood for many years sports have been sex-segregated but recently more and more people have tried to make sports co-ed. Alongside the people who want co-ed sports, there are also the people who like the tradition of sex-separated sports.
Co-ed sports could innovate sports as a whole. As well as could advance the physical and mentality of athletes. It could also give female athletes the recognition they deserve. The girls team had already surpassed the opponents they were already competing against so the coach had them compete against boy teams so they could be pushed past just competing against one gender.
Yes, co-ed sports could help enhance the physical performance of athletes or could also end up in people being injured; it isn't safe for the different groups to be combined.

Co-ed sport could negatively affect athletes' mental health because some teams would feel humiliation in losing to a team of the opposite sex. It is possible that certain teams would tak ethos hard and it could possibly humiliate them but it will eventually get through to them that a good opponent is a good opponent no matter what gender. Co-ed sports can give female athletes the recognition they deserve by showing the audience good players are good players and their gender does not change their skill.
Many female athletes do not get the recognition they deserve because they are downplayed compared to the male athletes that receive more attention and fame but co-ed sports could change this it would show the audience that there are good players of both
