This same effort is being attempted today by Donald Trump and his legislation in order to appeal to his supporters opposed to abortions and the federal funds that they assume contribute to so. Political viewpoints should not cause infliction with basic human rights

WHAT IS MARRIAGE is a journal article published by Harvard Journal Law and Public Policy, which argues against gay civil marriage. The authors made an assertion that the common good of our society would be damaged if the Supreme Court admitted the same-sex marriage. They explained this contention by listing the side effects that gay marriage may bring and defending conjugal view of marriage through illustrating the essential features of marriage. Yet, I disagree with the idea they claimed and I will break down some of their unsound arguments by illustrating the logical flaws behind them. To begin with, one of the serious consequences that gay civil marriage would cause they argued, is a potential public pressure that would force judges to
Gay,Bisexual,Transgender,Queer community is affecting the culture of the world because of family concerns, religion, also trendy. Controversial is when everyone’s different opinion starts the argument. The two sides are people who support gays vs people who don’t support normally ( religious people).
The historical significance and State encouragement of marriage clearly makes marriage “of central importance,” to both the people and the government, thus making it a fundamental right. Under the Equal Protection Clause, if a man and a woman can get married, then same-sex couples should also be allowed. Otherwise, they are being unfairly singled
But one of the important issues discussed in hot debates is the Gay marriage that has recently been permitted in the States. This was a real change in the whole country; many people welcomed the idea because they believe in total freedom of the human being and citizens’ liberties. But other groups mostly coming from religious backgrounds stood against what has been restructured in the amendment concerning this point. The debate will never come to an end simply because proponents and opponents will see it from different angles and no one will decide who is right and who is
My argumentative essay and speech will focus on the reasons why people should chose to adopt. Adoption not only benefits the adoptee, but can also benefit the adoptee’s birth parents and, of course, the parent/s adopting the child. When a child is adopted, they are allowed to live a life filled with love and support and can be able to receive opportunities to form lasting relationships, which is what every child deserves. If one adopts a child to the knowledge of the biological mother, then she will potentially be able to feel better about her choice knowing her child is going into the hands of a caring family that can provide for her child. Lastly, adoption for the adoptive parents provides them with emotional rewards as well as the the pride
I) Introduction – The Foster Care system and Homosexual’s being able to adopt both show through research to provide many benefits to a child in need. Although neither seems to be the best option, people seem to have rooted for one more than the other due to sexual orientation, but what for? Doesn’t both foster care and homosexual adoption provide love and care for children or is one more suitable for children than the other? Through personal research it seems as if Homosexual’s adopting children is just as good as a child remaining in the Foster Care system (Claim). II)
Same Sex Families Same sex adoption is becoming a huge thing in the United States. That’s mainly because of the Supreme Court’s decision on same sex marriage. More couples are getting married, and they are wanting kids.
Never before has the United States seen such a drastic change in public opinion than on the argument of gay rights. What was once the most taboo subject to appear in the public eye is now on frequent display in film, television, and news headlines. However, to say that the gay rights movement is more visible than ever, is not to say that the country is on the same page. Like all controversial issues, there are two sides to the argument, and both opponents are very much passionate about their opinions. However, there is no denying the fact that there has been a radical break in the history of homosexuality.
Every great nation faces their fair share of controversial problems, several of which come down to people taking sides based on their personal beliefs. These controversial problems need to be addressed through education and communication in order to maintain the peace of the people and for the betterment of that country. The American people are indisputably a group who have faced various controversies that divide the people. The controversy over same-sex marriage has undoubtedly caused an uproar and major obstacles over the last few years. People view same-sex marriage differently and have their own opinions as to what’s right and what’s wrong, this is why people often can’t come to an agreement on the topic.
Introduction 18 out of 196 countries in the world allow gay marriage. That is approximately only 10% of the world. In many nations, the idea of gay marriage or homosexuals is looked down upon; in others, the death penalty awaits. Of the societies that oppose same sex marriage and homosexuality, many identify themselves as Christians. They interpret that the Old Testament shows God disapproving of homosexuality.
Homoparental addoptions In the world there are thousand children without a home. Talking about human rights in Mexico, all of them deserve a home with parents who care and provide whatever they need. Until 2013, 1.8 million of children were orphans in our country, which means they are living in some house homes, or in the streets, and we cannot forget whose are not counting.
Single parent adoption In today's society, one of the strongest controversy in the world today is over whether or not single parents should be allowed to adopt. Some believe it is socially acceptable for a single parent to adopt a child and that “single prospective adopters of both genders can have much to offer to an adopted child” (The Telegraph Tim Ross), others think that singles should not be able to adopt. In some eyes they see that a child needs two parents so a child can grow up having a mother and father figure to look up to, and by having two parents, one can fill in the other part when one is sick or tired or so on.
