Legalization Of Same Sex Marriage In The United States

During the evidence and reports of same sex marriage, the Supreme Court figured there would be benefits of the society if people of the same gender were married. Considering to the Court’s decision, the law allowing same sex marriage should be repealed. Couples of the same sex not only can harm children, but it can also cause in rape and violence to the engaged homosexual couple. Based on the court’s decision on why same-sex marriage is legalized, the government’s permission on same sex marriage; however, same sex marriage does not represent equality

During the assortion to the five states, the Supreme Court was mandated to all fifty states for the legalization of same sex marriage. Same-sex Marriage causes child abuse and many illnesses relating to the abuse. “those children who later engage in non-heterosexual behavior, extensive research reveals they are more likely to suffer from psychiatric disorders, abuse alcohol and drugs, attempt suicide, experience domestic violence and sexual assault, and are at increased risk for chronic diseases, AIDS, and shortened life spans.” (Trayce). in addition to the children of the homosexual couples that are resulted in abuse, but they also experience a lot more illnesses than the children with both a mother and a father. Referring to Sullins (the Federalist), “At around age 15, the teens with same-sex couples also have been reported at a high risk of anxiety and depression.” More than fifty percent of the children with homogenous couples have been reported depression and abuse, while children with opposite-sex parents have been reported 20% less (Gallager). “Marriage is the place where having children is not only tolerated but welcomed and encouraged, because it gives children mothers and fathers”

Based on the court’s decision on legalizing same sex marriage, the law should be repealed on why the same sex marriage is legal. Referring to my claim about the same sex marriage legalization, there are very few articles that say the legalization should be repealed. Among those few articles, I would have to agree; not repealing the law would be harmful to children, financial and business problems would occur, and the religious citizens would be insulted prior to their beliefs. I understand that the transgender is well-supported by the law, but the transgender would be not supported. Along with the results that there would be no specific reason on how the businesses and children would have protection over equality rights. If the law was repealed, there would be a decrease in evidence on child abuse, depression, rape, stress, and even unemployment. If we want to be well respected upon our religion and society, we should repeal the law legalizing homosexual marriage.
