Enormous body, rapid swimming speed, fatal bite and decent sensory organs——sharks are well known for their prominent instinct as a top predator in the ocean. Still, they are encountering the threat of going extinct. According to the research of IUCN, 181 out of 1044 shark species are listed as endangered, vulnerable or threatened, while 488 shark species are judged as unknown due to insufficient information.
