As of Wednesday, January 13th, 2016, the current Florida Lottery Jackpot is
estimated to be $1.5 billion ($1,500,000,000.00). That is enough money to travel the
world about 60000 times, and that is stretching it! One could place multiple one dollar
bills in a consecutive line around the world to form a complete circle and still have
enough to buy their favorite ice-cream. Though these are excessive examples, they still
hold true. A far more practical use would be to spend a portion of it on a charity/cause,
purchase a new car, or even a new house. But if you were to win, would you receive
$1.5 billion? Nope, taxes apply even too lottery money, meaning that the $1.5 billion will

To have money is a dream
come true for a majority of people, however nothing comes without consequence. There
are undisclosed principles as to what you should/should not do, what you need to be
aware of, and what can happen to you or your loved ones.
My mother, without fail, would always say to me “Never discuss how much money
you have to anyone!” Today that couldn’t be more true. Would you want the 318.9
million people in the U.S to know you have more than what they could make in +4
generations? People close to you will seem closer than they should, suddenly people
want to know everything about. And eventually you will find more people will demand of
you, both family, friends, and outsiders. Worst of all you become a target of theft,
robbery, scams, even homicide. If I were to receive $1.5 billion (tax or no tax) I
would: keep to myself, discuss it only to those who I have faith in, always stay
anonymous where ever I can, never spend it on trivial or impractical items.
