Technology Takeover. Some say this will be the year that technology takes over while others disagree with that statement. Many individuals connect with their peers through text messaging so communication with other humans is not completely gone, others in this world still prefer face to face communication though the new generation does depend on technology. Even though people assume technology hurs human contact, many people still converse with others through text messaging and face to face interactions. Many believe that texting is a quick and easy way to communicate with one and other. Some may argue that texting is just another way of abusing technology but, it is still a form of communication. Sometimes individuals are not in the mood to be around others and that is why texting is a good option. When a person is agitated being around others could just flare their nerves even more so it is a better option for them to use text messaging. There are many older people and even some younger who have not let technology completely take over their lives and they would still prefer to have a conversation in person as opposed to using technology. Technology even allows different features that allow individuals to interact face to face. For example, facetime and skype are both video chatting applications that allow you to talk to another person face to face without being in the presence of one and other. These applications work well for people who are distanced from each other. Also, it is not like technology has completely taken over to make people forget how to talk and carry a conversation in person.
