What are the reasons most people get the death penalty? Imagine sitting in death row, and not knowing where to go next. If this is what the situation was, more criminals would not commit crimes. This issue is a very controversial topic in the recent years of the United States. In the past decade, the death penalty has not been widely used in America. Also, according to Gallup polls, there is still broad public support for the death penalty. Clearly, citizens of the United States see the value in holding criminals accountable for their crimes.The death penalty should be enforced upon some criminals.
