Marijuana Legalization So what is the one thing that the government can't tax? Today I am going to be talking about the plant, Cannabis. In this speech I will tell you about what it is, the goods and the bad’s, and on what I think about the legalization of this plant. Well cannabis is a plant with many different types and many more names.
