In the millennial era, to maintain physical fitness has been a challenge for everyone. A world-wide health concern has been raised because of the unhealthy and unruly way of eating. People are attracted to fancy restaurants, trendy bars and some extraordinary yet classy food cafes. This leads to being physically unfit and later on cause severe diseases. This scenario can be prevented if we teach our young ones’ to be sensitive in terms of being physically fit. Fitness has become a trend in the life of the modern man. It depends on the person if they want to exercise or not. Most people don’t want to stay fit, instead, most people choose to pig out and being out of shape has become socially accepted. Physical education is a significant component to a holistic development of a student. In present day, Physical Education is viewed as one of the training grounds of the countries next elite athletes. Schools in the Philippines are obligated to teach Physical Education empowered by the constitution. Every school in the Philippines are mandated to offer physical education programs to provide opportunities to all children and teach them the knowledge and skills needed to establish and sustain an active healthy lifestyle and promote alert citizenry.
