Do you love pit bulls? There has been a heavy debate in the US about whether pit bulls should be allowed to be pets. Some towns and states have banned them but on the other hand, some places have supported pit bulls as pets. Pit bulls are misunderstood and people should absolutely be able to keep them as pets. pit bulls get over-reported for unjust reasons by the media. In the media and the pit bull, James Cross said “News outlets consistently tell animal control officers that they will not cover a dog attack unless the situation involves a pit bull”. Pit bulls used to be loved and a symbol of the military so why are they hated now? Pit bulls were loved because in WW 1 a pit bull named Stubby saved the 102nd infantry division. If a pit bull saved a whole infantry division that proves that they can be nice and kind dogs. With this evidence then why should we be scared or unjust toward them?
