The perceptual realm is the opinions and beliefs of people or it can be known as the visible realm.
Many countries ' governments all around the world are taking citizens ' rights. As life goes on, it seems like governments want to be more and more controlling over everything. This kind of reminds me of the book Anthem, their government rules over everything such as what they read, write, learn, and even how they talk. They just want everyone to be equal by making them unintelligent and have no meaning in life except the certain job that is assigned to them. The United States government is supposed to be a system of organization for its people, but that is not true.

I will argue that Plato’s“second wave” or the “community of wives and children” which he perceived as a tool to promote unity in the state is not useful in achieving its goal.
Socrates started his life as an average Athen citizen. His parents worked, making an honest living. But as Socrates grew up, he began to realize that his mind questioned things and wondered how come no one else questioned the same things or at least think about the answers to the questions that were not answered. Part A- Socrates In thinking of Socrates we must recognize that what we have is four secondhand sources depicting him. That of Plato, Xenophanes, Aristophanes, and Aristotle. All having radically different accounts on Socrates and his views. Out of all them we consider Plato’s to be the most possible account, even though we face a problem of different versions of Socrates.
If we fail to acknowledge our hubris at the highest level, all of our society will suffer. We have given up our ability to evaluate life in favor of something far easier. For example, we choose to elect government officials who then act as tokens of our own values. This is the case in all republics be it Ancient Greece or the United States. By doing this we secure our fate and deny life itself.
The dialogues that are proposed in the Gorgias by Plato are different than what one would find in a regular book. Written like a play, Plato uses dialogues in order to find a solution to a problem. The discussions are always evolving and changing. When analyzing Gorgias, every detail, just as who is saying what, are to be taken into consideration. What is the context?
In Plato’s Republic, Socrates comes to the conclusion that we need to have a strong just society that is in the right order. In Books IV, V, and VI, Socrates explains that every society needs to be built on justice, everyone needs to have an occupation, and what a male and female household should look like. These are my prerequisites to what I consider essential to create a just society. Because without these qualities in an established society, you can hurt an entire civilization. And to Socrates argument, with an ideal king will come forms of co-operated citizens of a city.
In Plato’s book Republic, he outlines the ideal just society. Through his written dialogue, Plato describes the ideal city. He calls this city Kallipolis and that is where I am from. Kallipolis means beautiful city. The city was outlined to be a healthy city where justice prevails.
