He was a platoon sergeant, a cadet master sergeant, and the youngest senior noncommissioned officer in the entire corps. He was at the time in charge of changing the insubordinate kids, which he used to be. His behavior, attitudes, and speech were totally reformed as he was following and practicing the motto. The biggest reason why he was changed is the responsibility in the school and the family.

The show touched specifically on the issues that may come from not being at home and working long deployments. It is great to see that Command Sergeant Major Chris and his wife Lisa Faris are helping others through their tours, but also through radio as discussed in the podcast.
The challenge of not knowing if he was capable of completing such training, which great leaders like Eisenhower, Bradley and Patton had completed, made it irresistible for CPT Self to avoid. Terrorist attacks on the Twin Tower made it easy for CPT Self to elect West Point as his college of choice. At West Point a key thing that he realized for several years to come, was that the tedium of memorizing and reciting seemingly useless details was a skill that he would need while leading soldiers into battle.3 Once CPT Self graduated from Ranger School, he was given an opportunity to lead an Infantry platoon in Germany that led to his first deployment to Kosovo. The nature of the mission in Kosovo led to the platoon shouldering the spectrum of responsibility for ashkali people due to the lack of involvement of the United Nations or the local police force. The responsibilities that were passed on to CPT Self during this mission prepared him to make decisions that would be needed in Operation Anaconda, as he will be faced with life and death

SSG Worley possesses the qualities required of a future Army Warrant Officer, specifically those needed to excel in the latest addition to the Warrant Officer Military Career Specialties (MOS), the Cyber Operations Technician, 170A. Tuthmosis the third is the son of Tuthmosis the second, and his second wife Iset. He also had a stepmother, Hatshepsut. Tuthmosis the second ruled as pharaoh with Hatshepsut as his queen. When Tuthmosis the second died, Tuthmosis the third, the heir to the throne, was too young to rule; so he and his step-mother Hatshepsut ruled together as co-regent. However, Hatshepsut soon declared herself as the one true Pharaoh, leaving Tuthmosis the third to rule over the army as a general.
Primary Source of Henry S. Clapham Soldiers have a difficult job to do and many people don’t realize the hardship of a true soldier. For example, in World War I soldiers had a new fear because of a new kind of shelling. Due to the document 27-1 from the story “From Mud and Khaki: Memoirs of an Incomplete Soldier” by Henry S. Clapham, society was able to have a glimpse to what a soldier goes through because he discusses how their experience was during World War I and their dramatic stress.
The Chief Petty Officer Academy (CPOA) course introduced me to numerous tools and effective managerial, and leadership skills. I will apply tools and concepts that acquired from Academy to nurture an effective work environment at the Centralized Service Desk (CSD). Academy created a positive impression on me and I have seen a tremendous growth in my leadership style. I should be able to achieve an effective work environment by utilizing my experience from Academy such as stress management, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a bigger picture of being Chief in the Coast Guard. In the stress management class we performed a stress map.
The Effective Military Leader Warrant Officer Romero, Philip T. Importance of Warrant Officer Professional Military Education The Army is ever changing and constantly restructuring to evolve into a more agile, more productive, and ultimately more powerful and dominant force. The Warrant Officer Corps is also continuously adapting in order to keep up with the complex environment in an attempt to stay relevant and meaningful. This evolution has found the role of the warrant officer (WO) shifting to one that looks at them more as leaders and commanders, as opposed to the “one trick pony” exclusive subject matter experts (SME). With this redefining role, responsibilities are becoming greater while promotions are becoming more competitive.
