Political satire and design play a pretty big role on politics. It has a an a powerful impact on society in the nation. Political satire usually approaches political and social issues in a joking manner while, design is more to appeal to the audience and persuade the viewer to vote for a particular candidate and/ or policies. Both are very important to give information of politics in many forms video, pictures, poster, and etc.

The objective of political design is to promote a candidate or a policy to persuade the audience to vote for them. It suppose to give a positive image and use the colors of the flag to resemble a patriotic feel, Political design has been a major part of government since the beginning of the government. In America usually use the colors of the american flag on poster and campaign ads. The colors do catch attention, but they also give a patriotic feel to the viewers and make them feel they are more part of the nation. Design plays major role during huge government events such as the presidential election. The need to gain attention from the voters and it usually leads to ads, commercials, and etc. This also is keen on to politics used to gain attention of the public and immerse them into politics. Such as Obama’s campaign the iconic hope poster during 2008 or maybe even Trump’s slogan “make America great again” on most of his posters. Hillary approached the youth by reaching social media as one of her campaign's main objective to encourage the youth and minorities, but nothing really caught on as much as Obama or Trump maybe “Love Trumps Hate”. However, it was more anti-Trump rather promoting her or the Democratic party. Design really helps with getting something across and well
