Poseidon is the Greek god of the sea. His father was Kronos, and his mother is Rhea. Poseidon’s brothers are Zeus and Hades. He has one weapon and that is a trident. Poseidon is the creator of the horse. Poseidon is married to Amphitrite. Poseidon’s Roman name is Neptune. He is also one of the three Greek great gods. Poseidon can cause earthquakes, so he is sometimes referred to as the Earth-Shaker. He is usually looked at as an older man with a white beard and hair.
