The location of the incident was at the Spring Arbor subdivision beach area, which was located at the end of Spring Arbor Dr. Carbondale, Jackson County, Illinois. The mother of the boy was performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while 9-1-1 was called. I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815, responded to the call.

The following experiences with children have been completed throughout 2014-2016: • Westminster College Preschool Lab • Hance Elementary School Field Experience • New Castle Head Start As I reflect on my experience in working with a variety of different types and ages of children, I realize the importance of Component 3a of Domain 3: Communicating with children. I was able to positively and effectively communicate with children of all ages from preschool to elementary age during my time at the many experience locations. While volunteering, it was necessary to use age-appropriate knowledge and proper tone for the children to keep engaged while speaking to their ability. As importantly as speaking, I needed to be a proactive and interactive

Introduction to child observation and in context: For this observation the observer, observed a four year old girl named, Amber. Amber is a smart and energetic little girl, who always loves to show off her vast knowledge. According to her mother, she is attending preschool Monday through Friday. By now Amber is already able to recite the alphabet. The observer was able to observe Amber for about 2 hours.
Over the past few months, the class has been discussing typical and atypical language development and the assessment and intervention of children with language delay or disorder. In line with this, the students were asked to observe children aged 0-12 years old with language problems for 2 hours. For this requirement, I went to a therapy center situated in Quezon City last November 16, from ten (10) A.M. to twelve (12) N.N. The center has multiple rooms that are used for speech therapy and occupational therapy. During my observation, two speech pathologists and two children with language disorder were sharing one speech therapy room.
While middle school can be a rough time for young adults, it is also an important time when it comes to self-maturity. For me, middle school was a very confusing part of life. I was changing physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. A weird part of growing up was that I grew up in a very small town and we were behind when it came to technology or popular culture. Although middle school was rough, I survived and learned a lot about becoming an adult.
On Wednesday, March 15th I went to Christ the King to observe a child in preschool. The child I observed was a female and she was four years old. While I was there I observed her physical development, social and emotional development, thinking skills, and communication skills. For physical development, I observed her gross and fine motor skills. Her gross motor skills included her gait, balance, running, and picking up toys.
I end this paper with a concise conclusion. Observation 1 • Summary Daniel is in the dining area of the childcare Centre where breakfast is being served by the teachers. There are three teachers with children ranging from 20 months to 6 years. There are 20 children at the dining area. • Evaluation
The school that I attendent to was the child development center. I was looking around the environment where child development is place at really quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has a lot of tree and not really intersection road. I came in 10/19/17 it was in the morning around 10 am but they had a earthquake drill.
The classroom that I will be observing is a Preschool classroom at KinderCare Learning Center in Bartlett, Illinois. The teacher I will be observing over the next period of time is Laura Sturgulewski. She has worked at KinderCare for 8 years, mostly in the 2 year-old room until fall of 2013, when she took the lead teaching position of the Preschool classroom. Her classroom mainly has 3 year-olds, but on occasion has a mix of 4 year-olds and transitioning 2 year-olds. The number of students in her class depends on the day, because they are a child care center some students have a part time schedule, unlike an elementary school where children attend every day.
Classroom Observations Mrs. Canada is the first grade teacher that I observed, and the subject that she was teaching was reading. She had planned well-organized power points and crafting materials in advance, so she was prepared for the lesson. The two times I observed, the lesson that was being taught at both times was reading. Children in the classroom used a lot of previous knowledge for the lesson.
Blossom Hill Nursery School, an Experience in Infant Education The school of my choice is Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia considering that they teach with a Christian worldview. While I already contribute to my community and my church, having a teaching degree from Liberty University Online will strengthen my Christian values, broaden my knowledge base, and equip me with the skills necessary to impact my sphere of influence. Already a small business owner, my desire is to pursue an early childhood education degree, so that I can own and manage my own infant nursery school. I follow a generation of teachers-- my grandmother, my mother, and my sister. Since teachers do not earn that much money, not much has been saved for my college funds.
