Success in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program calls for utmost commitment, dedication, time, and the need to take up personal responsibilities. Each student working towards a nursing degree has to find ways of coping with academic work alongside other commitments, including employment, family, and personal interests. Integrating the two aspects effectively determines one's success and experience during learning.
