On planet earth, there are more than seven billion people. Each of these people are different in their own unique way. A person's personality defines them the most as a person. I consider myself to be creative, open-minded, and thoughtful. I think that the culture of my family and the way I was raised has had more of an influence on my personality than the region in which I live (Connecticut), but both cultures have both influenced me. My family raised me to be open-minded and thoughtful. I am open-minded when I meet new people or try new things. I am thoughtful when I am polite, kind, and think of other’s feelings.

According to Zhang (2003), extroverts select pragmatic learning concepts and dodge critical thinking. Hence, high neuroticism students may obtain low scores in social, cognitive and teaching presences. They tend to shy away from group discussion, and student-centred approach may be a problem with them as they prefer highly structured learning environment to avoid anxiety caused by time pressure. Conscientiousness, this trait is responsible, organised, careful, hardworking, achievement-oriented and persevering.
Big Five Personality Traits The five personality dimensions OCEAN are Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. This were defined as follow, according to Crissy (2011), Openness is the capability of appreciating art, emotion, adventure, unusual ideas, imagination, curiosity, and variety of experience. Conscientiousness is a particular tendency of showing discipline, acting dutifully, ambitious which also refers to the organizational, dependable and planning skill as a entrepreneur Shritika shows while working in her own HR consultancy firm (Carpenter, Berry & Houston, 2014).
