Classroom procedures should allow expression and recognition of cultural difference which should be based on human rights (equal dignity and equal rights). That means that everyone who participates in a lesson should have the opportunity to articulate his or her cultural diversity, of course, this distinctness should be tolerated, and all of the colleagues may even learn something new or even adopt some new customs. These procedures should be explicit and discussed with and agreed by the group, or if not agreed, thoroughly debated and accepted certain new rules which suits everyone. For example, some of the procedural ground rules that need to be adopted for discussion in class are to listen each other and take turns, to respect the authority
