Leadership requires commitment to the growth of the company and the satisfaction of consumer goods. It requires setting goals for the future of the association. Next, with integrity it is said that, “We uphold the values and principles of P&G in every action and decision. We are data-based and intellectually honest in advocating proposals, including recognizing risks” (p. 3). P&G employees must follow the rules and respect the laws. This company is constantly reminded that the founder, Milton Hershey, came from humble beginnings. Therefore, it should be practiced throughout the workplace.
