Have you ever thought that if an Athlete broke the law and/or did jail time that he should be kicked off and banned from the team he played for but instead because he’s a big star athlete he gets away with some of the most horrific things just because he has money and your wondering if thats the the right thing to do for professional organizations?Professional Athletes should be banned from their sport they play if they commit a crime and/or do jail time because they could be setting a bad example, If they only get suspended they can still get paid and professional athletes feel like they are above the law and because they have money can get away with anything they want. Although Some people say that professional athletes should not be banned for breaking the law and/or doing jail time because of how many great athletes have gotten in trouble with the law and came back to win big awards.An example of this is former NFL Quarterback Michael Vick excelled at quarterback, transforming the position in his six years with the Atlanta Falcons. He also became notorious to the general public for his involvement in a dog fighting ring, for which he plead guilty to felony charges and spent 21 months in federal prison. Vick returned to the NFL in 2009, playing for the Philadelphia Eagles which in 2010 Vick won The Comeback Player of The Year Award for his great play with the Eagles in 2010 (2009-2013), New York Jets (2014) and Pittsburgh Steelers (2015). Vick showed signs of his former greatness, but played primarily as a backup until 2015. He retired from the NFL on February 3, 2017.On the other hand “During his “60 Minutes” interview, Vick seemed remorseful about having gotten caught, rather than remorse for what he actually did.
