The qualitative research methods play an important role in the aspect of social science. It is a method that opens up a hidden world of many elements, each of which is unique and vary from one another. The participant observation method in the qualitative work gives an opportunity for the respondent to freely express subjectivity based on the questions and topics that are presented by the observant. This method gives the researcher many different and unique differentiated ideas and meanings from the respondent(s), that can be discussed and considered by the observant. However, one must be careful when the participant observation is used as bias can occur easily.
