Do you remember when you were little and people asked you what you wanted to be when you grew up and you told them a few amazing careers? First fell in love with becoming a Psychiatric aide for some time now after watching movies. And second I would also like to get experience to maybe become a CNA or nurse assistant, aide. Comparing and contrasting these two jobs will facilitate me next year and get an insight for people if they really want to know what they do. Inspite of a Psychiatric aide and a CNA they both have similar things in common with what they do with the job criteria. In fact both care for their residents and/or patients with their ADL or active daily living. ADL’s are basically what you do throughout your day. They serve and feed the residents, be vigilant their behaviors, listen to them and uplifting their surroundings. They record anything important or tell the person in charge, clean them and their environment but make sure it's habitable for them. In both jobs you are animated and help people who have a mental illness and/or developmental disabilities and work with old people. In the same way jobs occur more in demand with more disorders and disease in all ages and in the ether. This requires more aides for both to be met to keep these residents and patients alive and well. Likewise a CNA has more to do and is more available than psychiatric aides.
