They are not fluent, and they use numerous verbal stumbles mid-sentence. This is an indicator of detachment from the real world.
The general conclusion of the article is that psychopaths behave and talk differently from non-psychopaths. An understanding of these differences in behavior and speech is crucial for investigators. It empowers them to identify and interrogate psychos. The lack of emotion empathy and remorse on the part of psychopaths makes it more difficult for investigators and interrogators to interview them.
