Rachael Ray, a woman with a successful career with the Food Network and a bestselling cookbook and magazine, was born on August 25, 1968 in Glen Falls, New York, and grew up in Lake George, New York. As a child, Rachael always loved helping in the kitchen, and she “insists that cooking is a way of life she was simply born into”, because she has a lot of family members that are in the restaurant business.
