Racial inequality and stereotypes are still around today in the U.S., but not as much as it used to be, for example african americans are considered to be dangerous or having small eyes will make people assume you’re Chinese (or Asian). For example Donald Trump is a big stereotypical racist. He just assumes that all hispanics are all lazy, and drug lords or that they steal jobs from white people. He also stated that “when mexico sends their people their not sending their best.” (Donald Trump). But even if stereotypes and racism is still around you can 't change how other people view the world or other people of color. Even with the help of those three people, racism and stereotypes are still standing strong and firm with people who claim they want to make america great again. Now like i’ve stated before racism will never really be gone for good, unless people stop raising their children to judge people before they get to know them. Parents might not know that they’re raising their children to be stereotypical, for example when you see someone in a shady outfit you might say something like “stay away from him he’s dangerous.” Now as most people know kids are very impressionable, and yea it’s understandable why you might say that because it 's scary to have the thought that your child might go up to a shady person and be kidnapped because you didn 't warn them. So it’s understanding why you might use stereotypes.
There are many examples of how people use stereotypes. One example would be trayvon martin, he was a 17 year old boy who was shot one day because he looked dangerous as the man said so he shot him. Trayvon martin was from Miami Florida, and he was on a youth football team.
In conclusion racism has gone down over the years but humanity still has a lot of work to do, not just in the U.S. but around the
