The topic of the poster is of course about books and how you can’t own any books in the 451 society. As you can see, we wrote «For the safety of your family, give us your books or we will burn them». We also drew a hand giving the books and a hand with books burning. What we tried to do is manipulate these people by telling them that they have a choice. We want to put them on our side but also scare them.
Montag begins to learn the truth about his society when he realizes that what he is doing is wrong. The society in which Montag lives is cursed with not knowing the truth. He is a fireman and burns books for a living. He thinks nothing of it and strangely finds it enjoyable. "It was a pleasure to burn.

One thing that really bothered or annoyed me was the fact that Bradbury used “man” instead of putting “person. Like were all books written by men?Other than that, I personally think this quote is really extensive because it shows how Montag shows guilt, I like how it compares a lifetime of work for writing certain books, and takes nothing but two minutes to destroy. In this society books are portrayed as being unacceptable. This society has a odd way of viewing everything. I think that television and movies are a much simpler investment in this society, If you think about it this society is kinda similar in a way to present day society, SO many people think that books are tedious but in reality they are just too lazy to search for a book that
People can be good at many things, and sometimes they are the best at those things. I believe that Ray Bradbury, focused on multiple craft moves in The Veldt such as dialogue, personification, and flashbacks to show that he can be one of the best, when it comes to adding craft moves into his writing. He made the writing more interesting and described and showed the moments in different ways. He also used many different craft moves throughout the story, but I think that these three, dialogue, personification, and flashbacks are the most important, and I believe that without these craft moves the story wouldn’t have as big of an impact on the reader as it did with them. Ray Bradbury used dialogue to show how the characters are feeling at that exact moment, and is shown throughout the story to show interactions between characters in that moment in time.
The Perfect storm, by Sabestine Junger, was a book that had the reader asking for more. This book took the readers to a journey deep in the dark blue seas. It is about a whole crew on the ship Andrea Gail battling a storm that potentially ended their lives. In this extravagant book, Junger was able to demonstrate his message through the use of two themes: Man vs Nature, and the value of life. This would allow him to portray the important of looking at every aspect of life as it could end at anytime Throughout the book anyone can pick up one of the important theme in this book, which is Man vs Nature.

Bradbury’s writing is unique in a way unlike any other science fiction, one reason being that he does not consider his writing to be science fiction. His unique writing style gives Bradbury something to stand out starkly against other authors of this genre. Bradbury depicts a scary future in most of his stories, in an effort to prevent them from happening- something that requires a superior writing ability. Bradbury’s stories depicted futures taking place near right now, some as soon as 2026.
