Reasons For The Disappearance And Murder Of Chandra Levy

First things first, Guandique was a resident only a short distance from Rock Creek Park, where Chandra’s remains were found and he did not come to work the day she disappeared (Helena). Guandique was charged with the murder of Levy in 2010, but charges were later dropped due to the belief that Morales’s testimony was made up. Because of this the case disintegrated and the charges against him were dropped, but, he did face deportation back to his home in El Salvador (Kennedy).
