I come to class with excited feeling and joy to learn and work with children and staff in this class. I dress appropriated clothes and comfort to work with children all day long. I avoid absences and spend as much as possible time in class to learn and be with children. I get used to the classroom routine schedule and ask with my colleague and teachers activities and events that occur between children that I don’t understand. I remain positive attitude in the classroom all the time. Willing to receive and learn from feedback and suggestions. I always observe to seek out the new experience, reflect, and responding to children’s need or help other teacher when they need. I learn that it is most important to focus on children when in the classroom. I relax in my work by clean up in this class. Always be available to support children and maintain an overview of what is happening throughout the program. I’m aware that I can’t leave children unsupervised and can be somewhere that have one of the teacher staff can supervise me and the group. I show initiative to assist the teacher and children during activities or transitions. Through implement activities in this classroom, I observed that children have capacity to use materials in variety of ways to learn and explore base on their experiences and interests. Even though I have planned my activity and image how children might approach to the materials, I restrain instructions and let children express how they play and learn. I stay beside to observe and assist when children needed. It is treasure to see how children excited to learn and be creative. In the classroom, I’m sensitive to individual differences and abilities. I show patience and understanding with children in conflict, and support children independent problem
