Let me start off by saying, I double majored in Psychology and English. I chose English for the reason that I love the stories', developing characters, and not knowing what comes next. It was my love for the stories characters that fuels my passion in Psychology. I want a psychology degree for the reason that every client is a new character with a story unique unto themselves. I want to be the one who helps these characters change their stories for the better. Now is the time for me to embark on the rest of my journey to achieving my goals. I completed my two BA’s in May, I have had sufficient time to relocate and stable my-self out, I took plenty of time to rest between classes. These skills will be instrumental in having a successful academic career at Walden. I have said it before I am ready for this new phase in my life. It is very difficult to explain or describe that knowledge that you are ready to take on a new challenge most of the words would be redundant after a while or cliché. All I can say is that allowing me to enroll in your program will not be a mistake I will take it seriously and work harder than your best student all I am asking for is the opportunity to prove this to Walden. Why Walden everyone asks that question and to be frank, it is because I was referred by a current student and she has praised this school and staff to the point that I feel confident in my choice of graduate schools. I have looked over your curriculum and I believe we are good fit I am already excited for the Counseling and Psychotherapy Theories, Counseling Addictive Disorders, and the Practicum’s, and that is just to name a few of your classes.
