The FCCs current state of mind is to regulate all of the things that may harm the Internet. One of these issues is Child Pornography. This issue is frequently considered criminal not in itself, but because it shows criminal acts such as abuse (II. Child Pornography, Par. 5). In order to regulate this problem on the Internet, it is important to understand the structure of the Internet. Computers are exceptionally important for communication because of the world wide scope of the Internet. This allows world wide information exchange and cheap, confidential distribution of data (III. The Internet, Par.1). This nature of the Internet has caused a resurrection in Child Pornography. This problem has never been protected under the First Amendment;
