Father and son were reunited but the meeting was cut short with another test. A large fishing net captured Nemo once again and Marlin had to fight against himself to trust Nemo and all the others to work together. The net broke and everyone was free including Nemo. Marlin and Nemo lay on the ground while they bask in the calm that engulfed them. Nemo and Marlin returned to their home reef and back to their normal life.

Coming of Age Coming-of-age is difficult for both teens and parents. The parents often have trouble parenting when the teenager is disrespectful and confused. Teenagers do not realize that their parents have been in the same shoes as them and know what is best for them.. Coming-of-age involves recognizing different perspectives.
In The Cask of Amontillado, by Edgar Allan Poe, one of the characters demonstrates their mastery in manipulation. The character Montresor demonstrates his skill through reverse psychology. During the time of Carnival, Montresor, a man who follows his family motto, wants revenge on an enemy of his, named Fortunato, for the many injuries he previously caused Montresor and his family. The former tells his servants that he, “should not return until the morning, and had given them explicit orders not to stir from the house. These orders were sufficient, I well knew, to ensure their immediate disappearance, one and all, as soon as my back was turned” (Poe 4).
This essay will examine the functions and effects of cinematography in Steven Spielberg’s Jaws Jaws follows the police chief Brody, along with scientist Hooper and shark hunter Quint, in their attempt to protect the town of Amity against a Great White shark that is terrorising beachgoers. It was adapted from Peter Benchley’s 1974 novel of the same name. Following its release in summer 1975, Jaws became the highest grossing film As Jaws was one of the first motion pictures to be shot partially on water, the production came across issues with the prosthetic shark, and as a result, Spielberg decided to only suggest the appearance of the shark as often as possible, as opposed to showing the prosthetic body during attacks. This sparing use of the prosthetic, and primary focus instead on creating suspense and dread without the shark visibly present, proved to be an inspired decision, as Jaws is considered a pioneering achievement in the horror genre.

The 2003 film, Big Fish, directed by Tim Burton, addresses these questions by contrasting a pessimistic view of the world with an optimistic vision filled with wonder and fantasy. It tells its audience that life can be seen from different perspectives that are open to those willing to look for them. Big Fish uses comprehensive narrative elements and thought-provoking symbolism to express that the world can be viewed in vastly different ways which are subject to change.
Most people have heard the famous shark motif from Jaws at least once in their life, whether they realize it or not. This classic movie from 1975 is iconic for its music, plot, director, and use of camera angles to progress the suspense in the film. This ahead-of-its-time movie set the standard by which all summer blockbusters have since been measured, and became one of the most influential movies in film history. Jaws preys upon a fear that millions of people suppress when they go in the ocean which helped it to become such a successful thriller.
Unfortunately the family was faced with a barracuda attack in which Coral and all but one of the eggs died. Marlin his one surviving egg Nemo live a cautious life never wanting to leave the reef and enter the open ocean. One day Nemo swims out to touch the “butt” of a boat in the open ocean. Parents play a major role in a child’s life. Parents affect how their child behaves and who they become as they grow older. The ideal parent should be an attentive listener, have a positive attitude and love their child unconditionally. Firstly, I think that parents should always listen to their kids no matter what or else they will feel neglected.
Emily Montes de Oca Professor Donaldson SPC 3230 June 14, 2016 Rhetorical Analysis: Finding Nemo Disney movies are really well known for teaching kids valuable life lessons in a way that they could understand. Finding Nemo teaches the importance of family and how to face your fears for those that you love. The movie focuses on two fish, Marlin and Dory trying to find Marlins lost son Nemo after fishermen took him. Since Nemo is the only family Marlin has he is very protective over him, and before he was born he grabbed on to, what was only just an egg at the time and said, “I will never let anything happen to you”.
Compare it to when a child wants to stay out past their curfew but their parents won’t let them. In that moment they wish they made their own rules and set their own curfews. Since teenagers think being independent is the best thing that could happen to them, they tend to forget the importance of family and the sacrifices they make for us everyday. Every family has it’s problems. Some may have a troubled past, or not a great bond in general.
In our younger years our family shapes most of our thoughts and actions as we get older we grow relationships with others such as peers and they shape who we can be. Later in our early adult life we are able to make more of our own descions based off of what we have learned from earlier relationships. However, you can still see some of our decions we make base off of what are parents have explained to us. Like our political values.
In the news there are always people talking about teenagers and about what they do and how they act. Teenagers sometimes make mistakes and have a bad day doing it tennagers have to think about what they do every day no matter what it is or what their doing. Another reason why is because of school and what they do in it. Tennagers aren’t just not careless they sometimes in between ages 15 to ages 17 go out and do things and some tennagers tell their parents what they are doing before they do it also tennagers will not lie about where or what they did to their parents because they will know what will happen to them if they don’t.
