Do you know what a Renaissance man is? A Renaissance man is a person with many talents or areas of knowledge (Oxford). An example of one would be William Shakespeare. He's created amazing works such as Hamlet. He's contributed to the world of literature. People may not consider him as a Renaissance man but should change their minds about that. There are many well known works by Shakespeare. His work interests many people around the world. The plays, poems, stories, etc, he wrote has impacted our literature. Even schools get students to read his plays. In other words, Shakespeare was an ideal Renaissance man because he had great knowledge and many talents. His art is still used today. They appealed to each individual in a certain way. People

Others may still think he is the opposite, but there is many things that can show you he is. He works are still used today even for teaching. His work could appeal to an individual and their emotions. There is even some growing evidence that could prove his knowledge. Our world of literature would probably be different if we never had Shakespeare a part of it. His knowledge and talents make him an ideal Renaissance
