The Han Dynasty and the Roman Empire. The Han dynasty Empire and the Roman empire stood large and mighty at the start of the Common Era, with the two kingdoms controlling an unprecedented mass amount of populations under their reign. Both kingdoms rose as predecessors from previous political systems that extended lands under one rule, with the Roman Republic expansion in Europe after the Punic wars and the Qin state achieving conquest over six other nearby states creating the first imperial China in east Asia. The heavy hand of the Qin dynasty and the assassination of Rome’s beloved general, Julius Caesar, by the Roman senate, threw both kingdoms into rebellion, ushering in centuries of imperialistic rule for both in their respective timelines.
The fall of Classical Rome and Han China had both similar reasons and different reasons for their downfall. Rome collapsed from the inside and was invaded a lot. Han China also collapsed from the inside because of lack of money. They were also invaded frequently.
In order to understand the similarities of how order was in the Han Dynasty and Roman Empire from 300 BCE to 300 CE, the beginnings of each empire should be understood. Before the Han Dynasty rose, the Qin Dynasty, which overtaxed their citizens and regulated their laws by censoring education (burning books). The Roman Empire started out as a city-state which began to conquer neighboring regions, such as Italy, and expanded through warfare. However, from 300 BCE to 300 CE, the Han Dynasty and Roman Empire both created order in society by having an agrarian economy, ideologies, and establishing an authority that shaped social structures. The first similarity of how the Romans and the Han both created order in society, from 300 BCE to 300 CE, was their agrarian economy.
The empires of the classical era have many similar characteristics, but they also had many defining qualities. For example, Imperial Rome (31 B.C.E.-476 C.E.) and Han China (206 B.C.E-220 C.E.) have utilized their methods of political control in various ways. These two empires had similar methods of political control concerning defense. Other methods of political control were different in the sense of how they conducted their society within the empires. Methods of political control in imperial rome and Han China were similar in the sense that both empire defense systems were weak and fragmented which later led to the collapse of central governments.
In the Classical Era, two influential empires emerged, Han China and the Roman Empire. Both were order-focused societies, which greatly supported the rise of these empires. However, Han China was built off the foundation laid by previous empires and already had a governmental precedent. In the end, both empires eventually fell due to a number of shared factors, one being the overextension of their land causing expenses to rise and borders to become vulnerable.
The Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty of China were two of the largest empires of the Ancient world. The Roman Empire lasted from 27B.C. and fell in 476 the to German Barbarians, 298 The Ancient Han Chinese empire lasted from 206 to 220 (p.11). The Rome Empire and the Han Dynasty of China both kept a lot of records and many survive to us today. Both Empires also used a census to monitor people movement and record tax information. Both the Han Dynasty and rome relied heavily on income from taxes to pay for their military and public works

Johann Gutenberg’s invention of the printing press led to mass production of information that was, for the first time, available to the public. The printing press created a new era of the informed individual with the ability to develop their own opinions. In the 16th century, the Roman Church’s Greedy and Immoral acts began to escalate; This made it clear that there was a need for change. One man, Martin Luther, noticed the offenses made by the church and decided to act by writing the 95 subjects he disagreed on with the church.
Han and Yuan Dynasty: how it changed the religion The Han and Yuan dynasties were very different. The role of the chinese religion affected these dynasties in many ways. The Yuan dynasty was the biggest empire in China. This empire included Monglos. Monglos empire believed in making a dynasty.
Reformation was an important consequence of the printing press however, an even better and more important consequence was Exploration. Exploration was clearly the most important consequence of the invention of the printing press. The explorers of Europe have claimed they were the first ones to discover the “New World.” They traveled far looking for a short route to Africa but came across something else, the Caribbean.
The Qin and Han employed different philosophies on how to run their dynasties. The Qin used controlling Legalistic ideas while the Han used the relationship building Confucianism. The Qin and Han had a different relationship with outsiders because the Qin preferred to keep foreigners out while the Han wanted to build a relationship with them. The Qin and the Han each contributed to the growth of China’s culture and expansion. The developments in trade, foreign relations, and building expansive building projects in the Qin and Han Dynasties effected the design of every dynasty
The Tang and Song dynasties' innovations during the Golden Ages had an impact on other regions and later periods in history. The innovations were not only used in their lives but are still being used to this day. The Tang and Song dynasties' interests in different cultures allowed them to attain innovative ideas which made advancements in art, music, literature, and technology. From advancements in agriculture and manufacturing to breakthroughs in poetry and printing presses, the Tang and Song dynasties were a time of progress. An innovation during the Tang and Song dynasties which impacted the world was the use of gunpowder.
China on the other hand had more problems in its bureaucracy and civic unrest. For example, some peasants who had lost their farms had to sell their children into service. A third difference is that as previously stated, China had a successful revival while Rome did not. Rome divided and the Western half survived but was diminished by attempts to regulate the economy and decline tax revenue ’s.
The Ming and Qing dynasties were two of many dynasties in China. They were also in fact, the last two dynasties. The Ming dynasty ruled from 1368-1644, and the Qing empire ruled from 1644-1912. Both dynasties had long lasting eras of power because of strong framework from influential leaders. The Ming dynasty had Zhu Yuanzhang who was a successful war leader.
The Chinese development of technological advances, allowed the era of the Tang, and the Song dynasty to bring about a social, political, and urban change. The Chinese found new techniques in Agriculture and farming rice. This allowed for more growth and spreading of population in the regions. As the population grew, people were interest in new jobs and careers in the markets. So, they sought out jobs such as shop sellers, blacksmiths, metallurgy, fishing, and government work.
During the Renaissance was spreading in Europe, in 1450s a German scientist Johannes Gutenberg invented the printing press, which made him the most influential person of the last thousand years, who put the end of a long evolution in human communication. The most important consequences of the printing press were the expanding knowledge to the world, the spread of religion and the development of science. The invention of printing press expanded the knowledge of the people about the world and the things that happened during the time. Printing press spread the knowledge to the people by maps and geographic images.
