In this interactive oral discussion, my class analyze Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi. We discussed a variety of subject matters from the time period the graphic novel took place in to topics such as the original language of the novel. This interactive oral allowed me to see how differently Persepolis could be interpreted. Even though I might not agree with everything that was said, everyone explained themselves and allowed me to see their point of view. This interactive oral affected me by allowing me to see the deeper meaning or the allegory of the entire work that is Persepolis.
