Tuscany Research Paper Out of all twenty regions of Italy, the most fascinating one without a doubt would have to be Tuscany, which was originally founded by the Etruscans tribes back in the Medieval Era. Tuscany is located in the central western part of Italy which is bordered by the Apennine Mountains in the northeast along with the Alps Mountains in the northwest and lastly with the Tyrrhenian Sea located by the west. The population of this region happens to be about 3.753 million. The provinces of Tuscany are Florence which happens to also be the capital of Tuscany; Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato, and Siena. Another masterpiece created in Florence that people must get a chance to visit are the two famous bell towers which are part of the Palazzo Vecchio and cathederal complex. Originally this well-known establishment was a gift for Florence from Renaissance painter and architect, Giotto. The Province of Arezzo is where all the wealth comes from in Tuscany and holds a lot of information on the Etruscans along with many museums and the famous church of San Francesco. The Province of Grosseto holds many resorts and are known for their diving spots along the coastline belonging to the beaches of Giannella and Feniglia.
